摘　　要：如今房地产行业在我国经济支柱产业中占据一席之地,面对市场环境不断变化,为了有效降低并规避房地产企业财务风险,民营房地产企业应在发展经营过程中逐渐加强对财务管理重视,基于此,论文从企业财务管理制度、人员队伍建设、风险意识与防范以及预算管理等四个方面进行分析研究,并针对此提出解决途径,企业应建立完善的财务管理制度,加强人员综合素质,提高财务人员风险防范意识,提高预算管理水平,以此降低企业经营风险,保障企业经济增长,为实现企业稳定发展提出建议.Now the real estate industry occupies a place in the pillar industry of our country􀆳s economy.In the face of the changing market environment,private real estate enterprises should pay more and more attention to financial management in the process of develop-ment and operation.In order to solve how to effectively reduce and avoid the financial risk of real estate enterprises.Based on this,this paper analyzes and studies the four aspects of enterprise financial management system,personnel team building,risk awareness and prevention,and budget management,and puts forward some solutions to this problem.Enterprises should establish perfect financial management system,strengthen the comprehensive quality of personnel,improve the awareness of risk prevention and improve the level of budget management,so as to reduce enterprises industry management risk,ensure enterprise economic growth,for the realization of stable development of enter-prises put forward suggestions.
