摘　　要：随着我国经济社会的不断发展,城市生活垃圾排放量逐年上升,大量的生活垃圾不但对环境造成了严重的污染,高昂的垃圾处理费用也给城市财政带来了沉重的负担,运用价格杠杆和收费政策,促进垃圾减量化,成为各大城市共同面临的课题.With the continuous development of China’s economy and society,the discharge of municipal solid waste is increasing year by year.A large number of domestic waste not only causes serious pollution to the environment,but also brings a heavy burden to the city’s finance.Using price lever and charging policy to promote waste reduction has become a common topic faced by major cities.
