摘 要:【目的】为了探明不同林龄闽楠人工林土壤细菌群落结构和多样性的演变特征,找出影响土壤细菌群落结构和多样性最敏感的环境因子。【方法】选择5年生、10年生、15年生和40年生闽楠人工林作为研究对象进行随机区组试验,并利用Illumina HiSeq高通量技术和冗余分析的方法探究不同林龄闽楠人工林土壤细菌群落结构和多样性的演变特征及其与化学性质的关系。【结果】土壤pH值、有机碳、全氮、全磷、全钾、碱解氮和速效钾含量在不同林龄之间均存在显著差异(P<0.05),其中土壤pH值、有机碳、速效钾含量随着林龄增加呈现先增高后下降的趋势,在15年生时最高;全氮的含量随着林龄增加呈现先增高后下降再增高的趋势,在10年生时最高;全磷的含量总体上随着林龄增加而增高,在40年生时最高;全钾的含量随着林龄增加呈现先下降后增高的趋势,在5年生时最高;碱解氮的含量随着林龄增加呈现先下降后增高再下降的趋势,在15年生时最高。微生物群落结构和多样性在不同林龄闽楠人工林样地中具有显著差异,其中绿弯菌门和GAL15的相对丰度随着林龄增加呈现先增高后下降再增高的趋势,在10年生时最高;厚壁菌门的相对丰度随着林龄增加总体呈下降的趋势,在5年生时最高。土壤有机碳、有效钾和全磷是影响土壤微生物群落结构和多样性的关键决定性因素。【结论】闽楠人工林的长期种植会导致土壤微生物和土壤环境因子发生显著变化,到40年生时,土壤微生物群落结构、多样性和化学性质有所下降,为此应注重不同林龄闽楠人工林土壤的管理和维护,以长期维持闽楠人工林土壤生产力。【Objective】In order to explore the evolution characteristics of soil bacterial community structure and diversity of Phoebe bournei plantations of different forest ages,find out the most sensitive environmental factors affecting soil bacterial community structure and diversity.【Method】The 5-year-old,10-year-old,15-year-old and 40-year-old Phoebe bournei plantations were selected as research objects for random block experiments,and use Illumina HiSeq high-throughput technology and redundant analysis methods to explore the soil bacterial communities of Phoebe bournei plantations of different forest age Evolutionary characteristics of structure and diversity and their relationship with chemical properties.【Result】The soil pH,organic carbon,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,total potassium,alkali-decomposed nitrogen and available potassium content were significantly different between different forest ages(P<0.05),of which the soil pH value,organic carbon,available potassium content As the forest age increases,it first increases and then decreases,and it is the highest at 15 years of birth;the total nitrogen content increases with the forest age first and then decreases and then increases,the highest at 10 years;the total phosphorus content generally increases with the forest age Increased and increased,the highest at 40 years old;the total potassium content first decreased and then increased with the increase of forest age,the highest at 5 years old;the content of alkali-decomposed nitrogen showed a trend of first decreasing,then increasing and then decreasing as the forest age increased.It was the highest at 15 years of birth.The microbial community structure and diversity are significantly different in the P.fragrans plantations with different forest ages.Among them,the relative abundance of Chlamydomonas and GAL15 showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing and then increasing with the age of the forest.The highest abundance;the relative abundance of the thick-walled phylum is generally decreas
