摘　　要：分析了气垫带式输送机的特点和高强度气垫带式输送带的设计途径,开发了新型HHE钢丝绳芯气垫输送带。从高强度气垫带式输送带选型要求、结构设计、钢丝绳选择、成槽性、弹性模量、试验平台测试等方面进行分析和验证,将HHE钢丝绳芯输送带及输送机成功应用于露天煤矿输煤系统中,使气垫带式输送机在长距离、大运量煤炭运输领域的应用得到进一步发展。The article analyzes the characteristics of air cushion belt conveyor and design method of high strength air cushion belt,and develops a new type of HHE air cushion belt with steel wire rope core.This article analyzes and verifies the requirements of type selection,structural design,wire rope selection,slotting,elastic modulus,test platform.HHE steel cord conveyor belt and conveyor have been successfully applied in coal conveying system of open-pit coal mine,so that the application of air cushion belt conveyor in the field of long-distance and large-volume coal transportation has been further developed.
