摘  要:白马铁矿在正常露天台阶生产过程中,北采场1990~1975 m水平台阶1^#溜井区域在穿孔过程中突遇盲空区,给穿孔、爆破、铲装等工序带来极大安全风险。为了控制风险,采用钻探加三维激光扫描的方法探清了空区范围及形态,在爆破设计与实施过程中主要从装药结构、爆破网路、安全注意事项等方面采取措施,确定了多排孔微差起爆网路爆破方案,最终成功实施爆破并取得良好效果,消除了盲空区安全隐患。During the normal production process of open-pit steps in Baima Iron Mine,1#chute area in the north stope from 1990 to 1975 steps suddenly encountered blind cavity in the process of perforation,which brought great safety risks to such processes as perforation,blasting and shoveling.In order to control risk,the mine adopts the methods of drilling and 3 D laser scanning to probe the empty area scope and form.In the process of blasting design and implementation,we take measures from the charging structure,blasting network and safety precautions,determine the multi row holes millisecond detonating network blasting scheme,successfully blast and achieve good results,and eliminate the empty area safe hidden trouble.
