摘　　要：[目的/意义]信息素养讲座是国内高校图书馆提升师生信息素养水平的重要方式,但面临上座率低等诸多问题。[方法/过程]文章从梳理现阶段“双一流”高校图书馆信息素养讲座现状出发,分析存在的问题,介绍南京航空航天大学图书馆相关实践探索举措,重点解决需求调研、流程管理和内容体系设置等关键问题,展示微媒体讲座形式、针对性内容整合、开放式组织模式、多渠道宣传推送以及全天候咨询服务等实施路径,探索了高校信息素养讲座模式的创新。[结果/结论]总结出打造特色品牌、专人合理策划、建立生态保障等方面的建议。[Purpose/Significance]:Information quality lecture is an important way to improve the level of teachers and students’information quality in domestic university libraries,but it is faced with a lot of problems such as low attendance rate.[Methods/Process]:This paper first analyzes the current situation of information quality lectures in the libraries of“double first-class”universities,and then analyzes the existing problems,introduces the relevant practical exploration measures of the Library of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics,focuses on solving the key problems such as demand research,process management and content system setup.Besides,the implementation paths of micromedia lecture form,targeted content integration,open organization mode,multi-channel publicity and 24-hour consulting service are displayed,and the innovation of information quality lecture mode in universities is explored.[Result/Conclusion]:Suggestions on creating special brand,rational planning by special person and establishing ecological protection are summarized.
