摘　　要：福建省高校数字图书馆(FULink)是福建省高校图书馆文献信息资源共建共享平台,于2009年成立,目前其成员馆已扩容至全省89所院校,作为图书馆核心业务的参考咨询服务转向联合顺理成章。文章结合对联合数字参考咨询服务的研究,阐述引进众包理念的意义,构建基于众包理念的联合参考咨询服务模式,并提出相应的对策措施,旨在为FUlink平台建设提供参考。University Digital Library of Fujian Province(FULink)is a literature and information resource sharing platform for the university digital libraries in Fujian Province.It was established in 2009.At present,its member libraries have been expanded to 89 colleges and universities in Fujian Province.Therefore,it is natural that as the core business of libraries,the reference consulting service turn to unity.Based on the study of the united digital reference consulting service,this paper expounds the significance of introducing crowdsourcing idea,constructs the model of united reference consulting service based on crowdsourcing idea,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to provide reference for the construction of FUlink platform.
