摘　　要：通过建立资源型城市可持续发展评价指标体系,采用群决策相对熵集结方法和改进熵权法分别确定评价指标的主客观权重,根据最小鉴别信息原理获取最优组合权重。通过对TOPSIS方法进行改进,构建了基于最优组合赋权的改进TOPSIS-灰色关联分析的资源型城市可持续发展评价模型。对六盘水市可持续发展状况进行实证分析,验证了模型方法的实用性和有效性。On the basis of summarizing the existed research and evaluation methods,Firstly,a re⁃source-based city sustainable development evaluation index system has been established.Then,the group deci⁃sion-making relative entropy aggregation method and the improved entropy weight method are used to deter⁃mine the subjective and objective weights of the evaluation indexs,and the optimal combination weight was ob⁃tained according to the principle of minimum discriminative information.Then,the TOPSIS method was im⁃proved,and an improved TOPSIS-gray relational analysis based on the optimal combination of weight was con⁃structed to evaluate the sustainable development of resource-based cities.Finally,an empirical analysis of the sustainable development status of Liupanshui City is conducted to verify the practicability and effectiveness of the model method.
