摘  要:实验报道了黑眶蟾蜍蝌蚪(Bufo melanostictusdyi Schneider)在9℃、16℃和23℃三个不同驯化温度下最适温度、逃避温度和致死温度的研究。实验结果显示:在9℃实验条件下,蝌蚪的最适温度是17.2℃,逃避温度是26.4℃;在16℃条件下,蝌蚪的最适温度是23.6℃,逃避温度是31.3℃;在23℃的条件下,25.9℃和33.5℃为黑眶蟾蜍蝌蚪的最适温度和逃避温度。实验的高温致死温度范围是39~41℃,而低温致死温度均是2℃。利用单因素方差分析得出驯化温度对最适温度与逃避温度影响差异显著(P<0.05),而驯化温度对蝌蚪的致死温度没有差异显著性(P>0.05)。通过对黑眶蟾蜍蝌蚪进行热耐受性调节,能提高其对环境温度波动的适应性。This experiment conducted a research about optimum temperature,avoiding temperature and le⁃thal temperature of the Black Orbit Toad(Bufo melanostictus)tadpole under three different acclimated tempera⁃tures 9℃,16℃and 23℃.Under 9℃treatment,the optimum temperature of tadpoles is 17.2℃and the avoiding temperature is 26.4℃.Under 16℃treament,the optimum temperature of tadpoles is 23.6℃and the avoiding tem⁃perature is 31.3℃.Under 23℃treament,the optimum temperature and the avoiding temperature of tadpoles are 25.9℃and 33.5℃respectively.The Black Orbit tadpole’s high lethal temperature is 39 to 41℃under different acclimated temperatures,and the low lethal temperature is 2℃.Our results showed that the optimum temperature and the avoiding temperature were effected by the acclimated temperature has(P<0.05),however has no signifi⁃cant difference on lethal temperature(P>0.05).The adjustment of thermal tolerance of frog larva can improve its adaptability to environmental temperature fluctuation.
