无糖型强力枇杷露的精神性依赖评价试验

摘　　要：目的:探讨临床剂量无糖型强力枇杷露是否会引起精神依赖。方法:应用自身给药模型,将50只SD大鼠分为模拟剂组、加糖枇杷露组、枇杷露组、美沙酮加糖组、蔗糖组5组,训练并测试SD大鼠的给药次数,探讨药物的奖赏效应。结果:结果显示连续训练26天的SD大鼠加糖枇杷露组的给药次数低于加糖美沙酮组,具有统计学差异(P<0.05);且给药次数在加糖组枇杷露与模拟剂组间不具有统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:SD大鼠经过26天训练及1天测试的结果显示,可以认为低于约10倍临床推荐剂量(约 428 ml)的无糖型强力枇杷露可能不会引起精神依赖。Objective:To explore whether the Sugar-free Qiangli Pipa syrup causes mental dependence.Methods:50 SD rats were divided into the contral group,sugar-added Qiangli Pipa syrup group,Qiangli Pipa syrup group,sugar-added methadone group,sucrose group,and We used the self-administration model to train SD rats,then we tested and explored the reward effect of drugs.Results:After 26 days of self-administration training,the results showed that there were significant differences in the number of administrations between sugar-added Qiangli Pipa syrup group and sugar-added methadone group (P<0.05),and there was no statistical difference in the number of administrations between sugar-added Qiangli Pipa syrup group and contral group(P>0.05).Conclusion:After 26 days of self-administration training,the 10 times of clinically recommended dose will not cause psychological dependence.
