摘  要:硼酸锌是一种优异的阻燃添加剂,其中3.5水硼酸锌应用范围最广。以硼酸和氧化锌为原料,得到了3.5水硼酸锌Zn3B6O12·3.5H2O,形貌为由0.2~0.4μm的硼酸锌晶体组成的长10~20μm、宽3~5μm的空心管状结构。结合反应过程中间产物的表征,发现管状结构是基于原位模板生长的机理形成的。进一步考察了反应温度、反应时间、原料锌硼摩尔比对产物的影响,确定了较适宜的工艺参数为:温度85℃,反应时间6 h,硼酸浓度6.67 mol·L^-1,锌硼摩尔比0.2。Zinc borate is an excellent flame retardant additive,among which Zn3 B6 O12·3.5 H2 O is the most widely used kind.In this paper,Zn3 B6 O12·3.5 H2 O with tubular morphology was prepared using boric acid and zinc oxide as raw materials.The Zn3 B6 O12·3.5 H2 O hollow tube with a length of 10~20μm and a width of 3~5μm,consisted of zinc borate crystals with a size around 0.2~0.4μm.In combination with the characterization of intermediate products,it was found that the forming mechanism of the tubular structure was based on in situ template growth.The effect of reaction temperature,reaction time and molar ratio of zinc to boron on the products was systematically investigated.The optimum conditions were determined as follows:temperature 85℃,reaction time 6 h,boric acid concentration 6.67 mol·L^-1 and molar ratio of zinc to boron 0.2.
