摘  要:以γ-Al2O3为载体,采用浸渍硝酸钇溶液的方法,制备Y/γ-Al2O3催化剂,以甲基橙溶液作为模拟印染废水进行模拟实验,考察了湿式催化氧化反应条件p H、催化剂投加量、催化反应时间、氧化剂投加量等反应条件对甲基橙废水处理效果的影响。结果表明:在湿式催化氧化反应温度为27℃、pH为7、催化剂投加量为300 mg、氧化剂30%过氧化氢溶液5 mL、反应时间90 min时,对甲基橙溶液作为模拟废水降解率达到91.01%。Using γ-Al2O3 as a carrier,a method of impregnating yttrium nitrate solution was used to prepare a catalyst,and methyl orange solution was used as a simulated printing and dyeing wastewater for a simulation experiment.The effect of reaction conditions(pH,catalyst dosage,catalytic reaction time,oxidant dosage)on the treatment efficiency of methyl orange wastewater was investigated.The results showed that the degradation rate of methyl orange solution as simulated wastewater reached 91.01% when the temperature of wet catalytic oxidation reaction was 27℃,pH was 7,catalyst dosage was 300 mg,oxidant 30% hydrogen peroxide solution was 5 mL,and reaction time was 90 min.
