摘 要:为有效地处理TN T废水,研究了微波诱导氧化-Fenton试剂对其的处理效果。通过正交实验考察各因素对反应的影响,结合单因素实验确定了最佳反应条件,结果表明,在微波功率为480 W、微波辐射时间3 min、活性炭用量3.5 g,H2O2(质量分数为6%)用量为1.5 mL、FeSO4用量为0.1 g,处理50 mL稀释10倍的TNT废水,其COD去除率达到89.0%。又对TNT废水的COD值构成进行划分,将其分成烃类有机物和非烃类有机物,微波诱导氧化-Fenton试剂对非烃类有机物COD的去除率比烃类有机物COD的去除率高。In order to treat TNT wastewater effectively,the effect of treating the wastewater with microwave induced oxidation-Fenton reagent was studied.The results of orthogonal experiment and single factor experiments suggested that when microwave power was 480 W,microwave irradiation time was 3 min,amount of activated carbon was 3.5 g,amount of H2 O2(6%)was 1.5 mL and FeSO4 was 0.1 g,the removal rate of COD was 89.0%for 50 mL TNT wastewater after diluting 10 times.COD value composition of TNT wastewater was divided into hydrocarbons and non-hydrocarbon organic matter,non-hydrocarbon organic matter removal rate of COD was higher than the removal rate of hydrocarbons COD by microwave induced oxidation-Fenton reagent.
