摘  要:页岩油是一种石油的可替代资源,油页岩经过热解得到页岩油,油页岩资源藏量非常丰富,具有广阔的开发价值和丰富的上下游产业链。ATP(AlbertaTaciukProcess)是加拿大的小颗粒油页岩干馏技术,被抚顺矿业集团引进并消化,是目前世界上唯一一套工业化生产装置。FHQ(抚顺横流气体热载体干馏技术)是抚顺矿业集团自主研发的小颗粒油页岩干馏技术。两者分别是最新的固体热载体和气体热载体干馏工艺的技术合集,从不同角度推进着油页岩产业的进步发展,总结归纳两种工艺的运行特点,提出适合我国小颗粒干馏技术的发展方向。Shale oil is a kind of alternative resource of oil.The resource reserves of oil shale are very rich,and shale oil is obtained through pyrolysis,which has broad development value and rich upstream and downstream industry chain.ATP(Alberta Taciuk Process)is a small particle oil shale retorting technology from Canada,which was introduced and digested by Fushun mining group.It is the only one set of industrial production equipment in the world.FHQ(Fushun cross flow gas thermal carrier retorting technology)is a small particle oil shale retorting technology independently developed by Fushun mining group.They are the latest examples of solid heat carrier and gas heat carrier retorting technology respectively,which promote the development of oil shale industry from different angles.In this paper,the operation characteristics of the two processes were summarized,and the development direction of small-particle retorting technology suitable for China was discussed.
