摘 要:以自制中间相沥青炭纤维为原料,探究连续石墨化处理温度对中间相沥青炭纤维微观结构和性能的影响。采用SEM、XRD、TEM、Raman、万能材料试验机、微欧计等分析手段研究了不同石墨化温度下处理的石墨纤维微观形貌、晶体尺寸、取向、力学及导热性能。结果表明:随着石墨化温度从2300℃升高到2600℃,纤维的热导率从315 W·m-1·K-1提高到582 W·m-1·K-1,杨氏模量从526 GPa增加到704 GPa,拉伸强度从1.61 GPa提高到2.58 GPa。原因是随着石墨化温度的升高,纤维的石墨微晶尺寸变大,石墨片层沿纤维轴向的择优取向度明显增加,石墨片层的扭曲、交联等微晶缺陷减少。The effect of graphitization temperature on the microstructures and properties of the homemade mesophase pitch-based carbon fibers is studied. The microstructures, crystallite sizes, preferred orientation, mechanical properties and thermal conductivity of the graphitized fibers are characterized by SEM, XRD, TEM, Raman, universal material testing machine and micro ohmmeter. The results show that the thermal conductivity of the graphitized fibers increases from 315 W·m-1·K-1 to 582 W·m-1·K-1, the Young’s modulus increases from 526 GPa to 704 GPa, and the tensile strength increases from 1.61 GPa to 2.58 GPa with heat treatment temperature increasing from 2 300 ℃ to 2 600 ℃. The reason is that the crystallite sizes become larger,the preferred orientation of the graphite sheet along the fiber longitudinal direction become higher, and the structure defects such as distorted graphite sheet and cross-linking of graphite crystalline decrease with the graphitization temperature increasing.
