摘  要:通过单纯形重心设计法,得到了电煅煤颗粒及硅粉密堆积时的粒度组成,可作为工艺配方的参考依据。采用"Y"型混合器对电煅煤3种粒度原料进行密堆积试验,根据单纯形重心设计法计算出最大堆积密度时的最佳粒度配比。同时添加硅粉进行衍生试验,得出添加硅粉在原料密堆积试验中呈现负相关性。The data can be used as a reference for the process formulation of high temperature electrical calcined anthracite and silicon in simplex gravity design method. Three sizes of high temperature electrical calcined anthracite are tested by Y-type mixer.Simplex gravity design method is used to calculate the maximum bulk density of high temperature electrical calcined anthracite corresponding to best particle size ratio. On the basis of the above experiments, the silicon powder was added for the derivative test,to get the negative correlation of the addition of silicon metal powder in the bulk density test of raw materials.
