摘 要:采用元素分析仪、红外光谱仪、X射线衍射分析仪、扫描电子显微镜等仪器对铝用炭素焙烧焦油中甲苯不溶物(TI)的组成与结构进行分析。结果表明,TI主要是由形状极其不规则的颗粒团聚而成,其中95%的颗粒粒径小于1.265μm,TI主要以稠环芳烃有机物为主,且相较于焙烧焦油有更高的缩合度,无机物主要为VO2、AlF3、CaSO4、SiO2、Al2O3等化合物。氧原子在TI中富集,其存在形态主要为酚羟基和羧基。The composition and structure of toluene insoluble substance(TI) in the tar produced during the flue gas cleaning of the baking process are analyzed by the elemental analyzer, infrared spectrometer, X-ray diffraction analyzer and scanning electron microscope.The results show that TI is mainly composed of organics dominated by polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and has higher condensation degree compared with calcined tar. It shows extremely irregular shape, and 95% of which is smaller than 1.265 μm. And inorganic substances are mainly VO2, AlF3, CaSO4, SiO2, Al2O3 and other compounds. Oxygen atoms are enriched in TI with the main forms of phenolic hydroxyl groups and carboxyl groups.
