摘 要:剧烈的运动训练可能会导致训练者出现以延迟性肌肉酸痛(Delayed onset muscle soreness,DOMS)为核心的肌肉软组织不良体征,严重影响机体的正常生理功能。从目前的研究来看DOMS主要是由肌纤维在承受不习惯的重复活动或偏心收缩过程后发生的微小撕裂而引起的炎症反应介导的。针刺作为我国传统医学中一种常用外治法,通过生物力学和神经免疫学的双重调节机制,展现出良好的抗炎镇痛疗效。因此在治疗此类由运动型骨骼肌微损伤(Exercise-induced muscle damage,EIMD)所引起的肌肉软组织损伤具有一定疗效。但针刺的具体生物力学反应机制尚不清楚,可能与骨骼肌细胞和胶原纤维的力学特性有关。本文就针刺干预运动型骨骼肌微损伤中的生物力学机制进展作一综述。Strenuous exercise training may lead to abnormal signs of muscle and soft tissue with Delayed onset muscle soreness(DOMS)as the core,which seriously affects the normal physiological function of the body.According to the current research,DOMS is mainly mediated by the inflammatory response induced by micro-tearing of muscle fibers after unaccustomed repetitive activity or eccentric contraction.Acupuncture,as a common external treatment in traditional Chinese medicine,can show a good anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect through the dual regulation mechanism of biomechanics and neuroimmunology.Therefore,it has a certain curative effect in the treatment of muscle and soft tissue lesions caused by Exercise-induced muscle damage(EIMD).However,the specific biomechanical response mechanism of acupuncture is not clear,which may be related to the mechanical properties of skeletal muscle cells and collagen fibers.This article reviews the progress of biomechanical mechanism of acupuncture intervention on EIMD.
