摘　　要：2020年10月(2020年10月1日0时至10月31日24时),全国(不含香港、澳门特别行政区和台湾地区,下同)共报告法定传染病573 957例,死亡1 739例。其中,甲类传染病无发病死亡报告。乙类传染病中传染性非典型肺炎、脊髓灰质炎、人感染高致病性禽流感、白喉和人感染H7N9禽流感无发病、死亡报告,其余22种乙类传染病共报告发病258 591例,较上月(287 923例)下降10%,较2019年同期(291 746例)下降11%。报告发病数居前5位的病种依次为病毒性肝炎、肺结核、梅毒、淋病以及细菌性和阿米巴性痢疾,占乙类传染病报告病例总数的96%。报告死亡1 737例,较上月(2 291例)下降24%(554例),较2019年同期(2 145例)下降19%(408例)。In October 2020(from 00:00,1 October to 24:00,31 October),a total of 573957 cases of notifiable communicable diseases,including 1739 deaths,were reported in China(except Hong Kong,Macao Special Administrative Regions and Taiwan,the same below).In communicable diseases in class A,no cases and no deaths were reported.In communicable diseases in class B,no cases and no deaths of severe acute respiratory syndrome,poliomyelitis,human infection with highly pathogenic avian influenza virus,diphtheria and human infection with avian influenza A(H7N9)virus were reported.For the remaining 22 communicable diseases in class B,258591 cases were reported,a decrease of 10%compared with last month(287923 cases)and a decrease of 11%compared with the same period in 2019(291746 cases).
