摘  要:针对裂隙发育特厚煤层综放沿空掘巷围岩变形量大、顶板肩角锚杆破断频现等问题,以唐家会矿61102孤岛综放面回采巷道为工程背景,通过数值模拟、钻孔窥视与围岩变形观测,对该孤岛综放面先掘的回风巷围岩变形特征及成因进行了分析,结果表明,煤柱宽度设计不合理、煤帮锚固可靠性低及矩形断面顶板两侧肩角易形成剪应力集中是引起该巷道围岩剧烈变形及锚杆破断的关键因素。鉴于此,在合理确定煤柱宽度及优化巷道断面形状的基础上,提出了顶板以W5钢带组合长短锚索形成桁架结构,巷帮以竖向布置的梯子梁组合锚杆+横向布置的槽钢梁组合锚索形成十字网格结构进行裂隙发育特厚煤层综放沿空掘巷围岩稳定性的控制,取得了良好的支护效果。According to the problems such as large deformation of surrounding rock and the frequent breaking of anchor bolt in the shoulder of roof,etc.No.61102 isolated island fully mechanized caving face in Tangjiahui mine was taken as engineering background,the deformation characteristics and causes of the surrounding rock of the first air return roadway in the isolated island fully mechanized top coal caving face were analyzed by numerical simulation,drilling peep and deformation observation of surrounding rock,the results show that the unreasonable design of coal pillar width,the reliability of coal side anchorage is reduced and the easy formation of shear stress concentration at the shoulder on both sides of the rectangular section roof were the key factors causing the violent deformation of the surrounding rock and the bolt breakage.In view of this,on the basis of reasonably determining the width of coal pillar and optimizing the shape of roadway section,the truss structure is composed of W5 steel belt and long and short anchor cable,a cross grid structure is formed by the vertical ladder beam combined anchor bolt and the horizontal channel steel beam combined anchor cable on the roadway side,the scheme can control the stability of surrounding rock in the gob side entry of fully mechanized top coal caving in the thick seam with fracture development and achieve good supporting effect.
