摘 要:针对胜利煤矿一采区轨道大巷围岩完整性差、受淋水影响严重的特点,从提高围岩承载力和提高锚杆索支护阻力两方面出发,提出了锚杆二次预紧+锚索超张拉+使用刺头锚索的高强稳定型支护技术。针对锚杆索预紧力损失难题,提出锚杆二次预紧及锚索超张拉技术,有效保证了预应力锚杆索承载力发挥;通过使用"刺头"锚索,提高了其在泥化软岩中的锚固可靠性,为锚索超张拉技术的应用提供了保障。在胜利煤矿一采区轨道大巷进行现场工业性试验,结果表明该支护技术成功控制了泥化软岩巷道变形难题。Aiming at the problem of surrounding rock poor integrity,tricking water affected badly of first division trackage roadway in Shengli coal mine.Based on increase the bearing capacity of surrounding rock and the anchor cable support resistance,the double tightening of bolt+over tensioning technique of cable+barbed-wire cable is proposed to solve the problem.Be aimed at the prestress loss of bolt and cable,the secondary pre-tensioning method and over tensioning technique is proposed to ensure supporting effect,the bearing capacity of bolt and cable be guaranteed effectively.Through the use of barbed-wire cable,the anchoring reliability of cable is enhanced in clay rock,guaranteeing the application of over tensioning technique of cable.The field industrial test was carried out in the first division trackage roadway in Shengli coal mine.Field testing results proved that the support technology were able to take control of the deformation of clay surrounding rock.
