摘　　要：介绍了煤矿井下用梭车的主要作用和整体结构,结合多年的维护经验,对梭车制动器的日常维护和故障排查进行了详细说明,并对梭车卷电缆装置的维护以及拆解安装过程进行了详细介绍,日常维护与保养对设备运行非常重要,不仅可以大大提高设备的使用年限,还可以为煤矿井下安全生产提供重要保障。Introduces the main function and overall structure of the shuttle car used in the coal mine.Combined with many years of maintenance experience,the daily maintenance and troubleshooting of the brake of the shuttle car are described in detail,and the maintenance,disassembly and installation process of the reel cable device of the shuttle car are introduced in detail.The daily maintenance is very important for the operation of the equipment,which can not only greatly improve the service life of the equipment but also provide important guarantee for the safety production of coal mine underground.
