摘 要:淮北选煤厂入厂原煤性质变化大、配选方案多、换选频繁,重介精煤灰分控制难度大,在生产实践中,通过运用"信息库比对定位法"、"多节点产率计算法"、"离线结合目测精煤灰分预控法"、"重介浮选‘1+1>2’协作法",以及"选煤厂异常生产状态的操作指南",形成"4+1"重介精煤灰分管控体系,对选煤生产施行管控,收到良好效果。The raw coal of Huaibei coal preparation plant has great changes in properties,many blending schemes,frequent change and separation,and it is difficult to control the ash content of dense medium clean coal,through the application of"information database comparison and positioning method","multi-node yield calculation method","off-line visual measurement of clean coal ash precontrol method","dense medium flotation′1+1>2′cooperation method",and"operation guide of abnormal production state of coal preparation plant",forming"4+1"dense medium fine coal ash control system,to control the production of coal preparation,received good results.
