摘　　要：柴胡皂苷是一类五环三萜类化合物,是传统中药柴胡的主要活性成分。目前已从柴胡中分离出多种皂苷类成分,其中对柴胡皂苷a、柴胡皂苷b2、柴胡皂苷c、柴胡皂苷d的研究较为深入。笔者等阐述柴胡皂苷类化合物抗病毒、抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗纤维化等方面的药理作用,为柴胡皂苷的进一步研究提供参考。Saikosaponin is a kind of pentacyclic triterpenes,which is the main active component of traditional Chinese medicine Bupleurum.At present,many kinds of saponins have been isolated from Bupleurum.saikosaponin a,saikosaponin b2,saikosaponin c,saikosaponin d are studied deeply.In recent years,scholars at home and abroad have studied the pharmacological effects of saikosaponins from shallow to deep,and their studies have shown that saikosaponins have antiviral,anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,anti-fibrosis and other effects in order to provide reference for the further study of saikosaponins,in order to lay the foundation for the rational clinical application of Saikosaponins.
