摘  要:动物外寄生虫病为动物的主要疾病之一,严重影响畜牧养殖业的健康发展,带来巨大的经济损失。基于Web of Science数据库,通过对2015年-2020年其中收录的相关论文进行分析,以期更好地了解世界范围内抗动物外寄生虫药物的研究进展,为我国抗动物寄生虫药物的研发提供参考。结果发现世界范围内对抗动物外寄生虫药物研发热度较为恒定,每年发文数量约为55篇,多发表在Veterinary Parasitology杂志,稿件多来自南美、亚洲、欧洲和非洲,包括巴西、中国、印度等国家,其中巴西圣保罗州立大学马拉尼奥联邦大学的发文量最多,主要针对图兰扇头蜱、痒螨、疥螨和鸡皮刺螨等蜘蛛纲蜱螨目的寄生虫开展天然源药物的抗虫活性、临床疗效及作用机理等研究。国内中国农业科学院兰州畜牧与兽药研究所和四川农业大学对抗寄生虫药物的研究较多。As one of important veterinary skin diseases,animal acariasis could reduce the productivity and the quality of animal products,and is often fatal.In this paper,we analyzed and overviewed the research profile on anti-ectoparasite agents in animals worldwide bewteen Jan.2015 to Jun.2020 using web of science database.Results showed that finding the new anti-ectoparasite agents against Rhipicephalus turanicus,Psoroptes cuniculi,Sarcoptes scabiei and Dermanyssus gallinae from plants has been attracted many people`s attention,and the average number of publications on this topic was about 55,and most of papers were published in Veterinary Parasitology.Most of authors mainly come from Brazil,and nexts were China,India in South America and Asia.For institute analysis,Universidade Estadual Paulista and Universidade Federal Do Maranhao published more papers than others.In China,scientisits of Lanzhou Institute of Husbandry and Pharmaceutical Sciences,CAAS and Sichuan Agricultural University made lots of works on this topic.
