摘　　要：某厂转炉倾动机构扭力杆支座存在设计缺陷,导致支座在安装以及使用过程中问题较多,影响转炉炼钢生产的顺利进行。针对扭力杆支座的缺陷,通过结构优化改造,解决了扭力杆支座安装尺寸及结构强度的问题。Due to the design defects of the torsion bar support of a converter,there are many problems in the installation and in use,which affects the smooth progress of the converter in theprocess of steelmaking production.Aiming at the defects of torsion bar support,the problems of size and structural strength of torsion bar support are solved through structural optimization and reconstruction.
