摘  要:为合理开发利用鸡西煤田合作煤矿煤炭资源,基于鸡西盆地的地质概况、煤的物化性质与合作煤矿的煤质化验成果,分析合作煤矿煤的煤质特征,确定其工业用途。结果表明:合作煤矿煤的宏观煤岩组分以亮煤为主,显微煤岩以微镜惰煤为主;可采煤层水分平均为1.18%~2.75%,灰分平均为19.69%~31.10%,挥发分平均为35.39%~38.76%,发热量平均为23.10~28.14 MJ/kg,硫分平均为0.33%~0.40%,属低-高灰分、中高-高挥发分、中-高发热量、特低硫煤;煤类主要为气煤、长焰煤、1/3焦煤,可作为炼焦用煤、炼焦配煤和动力用煤。该研究可为生产矿井合理配采、优化产品结构提供参考。This paper is focused on the rational development and utilization of coal resources in Jixi coalfield cooperative coal mine.The study builds on the geological survey of Jixi Basin,the physical and chemical properties of coal,and the coal quality test results of Hezuo coal mine,analyzes the coal quality characteristics of Hezuo coal mine and determines its industrial use.The results show that the macroscopic coal rock composition of Hezuo coal mine is dominated by bright coal,and the microscopic coal rock by micro-mirror inert coal;mineable coal seams featuring the average moisture of 1.18%-2.75%,the average ash content of 19.69%-31.10%,the average volatile value of 35.39%-38.76%,the average calorific value of 23.10-28.14 MJ/kg,and the average sulfur content of 0.33%-0.40%are classified as coal with low to high ash,medium to high volatility,medium to high calorific value,and extra low sulfur coal;the coals are of such main types as gas coal,long flame coal and 1/3 coking coal and can be used as coking coal,coking coal blending and power coal.This research could serve as a reference for the rational allocation of mining in production mines and the optimization of product structure.
