摘 要:为了提高煤岩的破碎性能,优化碟盘刀具运动参数,采用方差分析法和多元非线性拟合综合分析了进给速度、振幅和频率对载荷谱的影响,通过多因素和单因素分析给出碟盘刀具运动参数对载荷谱的影响关系,建立了碟盘刀具径向、轴向和总载荷与进给速度、振幅和频率之间的模型。结果表明:进给速度、振动幅值和频率对碟盘刀具破碎性能的影响占比分别为46.60%、26.31%和27.09%。随进给速度增大,碟盘刀具总载荷增大;随振幅和频率的增大,总载荷减小。不同进给速度和频率的组合对内能和动能有着不同的影响。该研究为调整碟盘刀具运动参数来提高破碎性能奠定了基础。This paper is focused on a study designed to improve the crushing performance of coal and rock.The study involves optimizing the motion parameters of disc cutter;comprehensively analyzing the influence of feed speed,amplitude and frequency on load spectrum using variance analysis method and multivariate nonlinear fitting;identifying the influence relation of disc cutter motion parameters on load spectrum using multi-factor and single-factor analysis;and developing the models between the radial,axial and total loads of the disk cutter and the feed speed.The results show that the effects of feed speed,vibration amplitude and frequency on the crushing performance of disk cutter are 46.60%,26.31%and 27.09%respectively;amplitude and frequency are developed;along with an increase in feed speed comes an increase in the total load of disk cutter and the amplitude,a decrease in the total load,an increase in the frequency,and a decrease in the total load;the combination of different feed speeds and frequencies has different effects on internal energy and kinetic energy.This research lays the foundation for adjusting the movement parameters of the disc cutter to improve the crushing performance.
