纳米ZrO2-聚丙烯酰胺与混凝技术联用处理铬和氟污染水实验研究

摘  要:为高效解决某地区中超标污染物F^-、Cr(Ⅵ)对地下水造成的危害,通过室内静态实验方法,利用自制纳米ZrO2-聚丙烯酰胺杂化材料与混凝技术联用处理含F^-、Cr(Ⅵ)地下水,分析了杂化材料投加量、聚合氯化铝投加量、反应时间、反应温度、pH值对除F^-、Cr(Ⅵ)、浊度的影响,对去除机理进行了探讨。结果表明:处理100 mL含F^-5mg/L、Cr(Ⅵ)10 mg/L的地下水,在杂化材料投加量为4.15 g、吸附反应30 min、pH=7、聚合氯化铝投加量为30 mg时、沉降15min效果最佳,对F^-、Cr(Ⅵ)去除率分别为91.7%、99.98%,出水浊度满足要求;吸附动力学拟合结果表明,纳米ZrO2-聚丙烯酰胺杂化材料对F^-、Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附均符合准二级动力学方程、吸附等温线符合Freundlich等温线。试验结果为解决含有该类污染物的矿区地下水问题提供有力参考。To solve the harm caused by excess pollutant F^-and Cr(Ⅵ)to groundwater,the groundwater was treated by self-made nano ZrO2-polyacrylamide hybrid material combined with coagulation technology.The effects of the dosage of hybrid material,polyaluminium chloride dosage,reaction time,reaction temperature,pH value on the removal F^-and Cr(Ⅵ)and turbidity were analyzed,and the removal mechanism was discussed.The results showed that the treatment of 100 mL of groundwater containing F^-5mg/L and Cr(Ⅵ)10 mg/L was the best when the dosage of hybrid material was 4.15 g,the adsorption reaction was 30 min,pH=7,the dosage of polyaluminium chloride was 30 mg,the sedimentation was 15 min,the removal rate of F^-and Cr(Ⅵ)was 91.7%and 99.98%respectively,and the turbidity of effluent met the requirements.The adsorption kinetics fitting results showed that the adsorption of F^-and Cr(Ⅵ)by nano ZrO2-polyacrylamide hybrid materials was in accordance with the quasi-second-order kinetic equation,and the adsorption isotherm was in accordance with the freundlich isotherm.The experimental results provide a powerful reference for solving groundwater problems in mining areas containing such pollutants.
