摘  要:对管线管外观质量进行了宏观检查,发现管线管外壁存在不规则凹坑。通过理化试验,认为管线管表面凹坑是在工厂热轧过程中产生的。通过对管线管在不同热加工工序管坯成型过程及其缺陷和缺欠产生原因进行分析对比,认为管线管外壁不规则凹坑是在定径工序产生的,其原因与定径轧辊粘渣或损伤有关。This paper gives a visual inspection on surface quality of the line pipe,and it was found that there are irregular pits on outer surface.Based on physical testing and chemical analysis,it was found that the irregular pits on outer surface of the line pipe are produced during hot rolling process.Per analyzing and comparing the forming process of tube blank and the causes of imperfections and defects in different hot working procedures,it was considered that the irregular pits on the outer surface of line pipe are produced in the sizing process,and the cause is related to damage of or adhesive slag on sizing roller.
