摘  要:为了解决2530岩性密度测井仪在刻度过程中一次成功率低的问题,通过统计分析找到主要影响因素,设计并制作了刻度加压装置,完善了2530岩性密度测井仪刻度设备,提高了该仪器的刻度一次成功率,减少了小队技术人员对放射源的操作时间。In order to solve the problem of the low first-attempt success rate of calibration of the 2530 lithology density logging tool,the main influencing factors were found through statistical analysis,and then a pressure device during calibration was designed and manufactured.It strengthens the calibration equipment of the 2530 lithology density logging tool,improves the first-attempt success rate of calibration and reduces working duration for technicians using radioactive sources.
