北宋党争视角下的河湟开边

摘　　要：河湟开边是北宋中后期对外开边活动的重要部分,此次开边自神宗始历经三朝得以实现,最终将河湟地区尽数收复,此次开边具有一定的战略意义,但亦使北宋财政负担加剧。而作为新党对外政策的重要部分,自王韶经略熙河始,此即成为新旧两党争论的焦点,且一直贯穿开边始终,这对此次开边产生重要影响。The Territorial Expansion to Hehuang was an important part of the territorial expansion in the middle and late Northern Song Dynasty.The expansion was realized through the three dynasties since the beginning of Shenzong,and eventually recovered all the Hehuang area.The Expansion has certain strategic significance,but it also made the Northern Song Dynasty.The financial burden has increased.As an important part of the new party's foreign policy,this has become the focus of debate between the old and the new parties since Wang Shao's administration,and it has been running through the opening side,which has an important impact on this opening side.
