摘 要:以性腺为Ⅳ期~Ⅴ期的雌性大银鱼110尾为样品,采用常规方法,研究兴凯湖大银鱼(Protosalanx chinensis)个体繁殖力,以期为大银鱼移植增殖和资源保护提供科学依据。研究结果显示,兴凯湖大银鱼个体绝对繁殖力为1 517.16~39 787.79粒;体长相对繁殖力为15.98~221.17粒/mm;体质量相对繁殖力为455.54~1 351.49粒/g;个体绝对繁殖力、体长相对繁殖力分别与体长、体质量、净体质量、卵巢质量、性成熟系数呈幂函数关系,与肥满度呈线性函数和二次函数关系,体质量相对繁殖力分别与性成熟系数、卵巢质量呈线性函数、对数函数关系;个体绝对繁殖力、体长相对繁殖力、体质量相对繁殖力都分别与性成熟系数显著正相关,因此,可以利用性成熟系数、卵巢质量与个体绝对繁殖力之间的关系,预测兴凯湖大银鱼种群的繁殖能力;依据卵径数量分布推测,兴凯湖大银鱼为一次性产卵鱼类。The 110 female clearhead icefish(Protosalanx chinensis) samples of ovaries at the stage Ⅳ or stage Ⅴ were investigated in Xingkai Lake to provide scientific basis for transplantation and resource protection.The results showed that the individual absolute fecundity varied from 1 517.16 eggs to 39 787.79 eggs, the mean was(10716.36 ± 8292.88) eggs;the relative fecundity per millimeter varied from 15.98 eggs/mm to221.17 eggs/mm, the mean was(71.53 ± 43.98) eggs/mm;and the relative fecundity per gram varied from455.54 eggs/g to 1 351.49 eggs/g, the mean was(891.93±224.67) eggs/g. The power functions were the best fit equations for individual absolute fecundity, the relative fecundity per millimeter to the index of body length,body weight, net body weight, ovary weight and gonado somatic index, and the linear function and quadratic function were the best fit equations to relative fatness, respectively. The linear function was the best fit equation between the relative fecundity per gram and gonado somatic index, and the logarithmic function was the best fit equation between the relative fecundity per gram and ovarian weight. The individual absolute fecundity, the relative fecundity per millimeter and the relative fecundity per gram were significantly related to gonado somatic index in multiple linear regression analysis, and the relationship between individual absolute fecundity and gonado somatic index, ovary weight could be used to predict their population reproductive potential. Based on the distribution of egg diameter, this species of fish spawns once a year and is a semelparous fish.
