摘  要:为了了解邛海浮游动物群落结构和水质现状,于2018年4月22~29日,在邛海浅水区(水深小于3 m)和深水区(水深大于3 m),分别布设了16个和5个采样点,开展了浮游动物群落调查;采用浮游动物多样性指数法和修正营养状态指数法,对湖水水质状况进行研究。研究结果表明,在邛海浅水区,共记录浮游动物152种,浮游动物密度为518~24 808 ind./L;在深水区,共记录浮游动物33种,浮游动物密度为80~203 ind./L;浅水区浮游动物物种数和密度都高于深水区,但是都以小型浮游动物轮虫和原生动物为主;深水区浮游动物群落的Shannon-Wiener多样性指数平均值为2.59,水体的污染程度为β-中度污染,修正营养状态指数平均值为44,水体营养状态为中营养;浅水区浮游动物群落的Shannon-Wiener多样性指数平均值为2.25,水体的污染程度为β-中度污染,但是部分采样点水体总磷和叶绿素a含量较大。In order to understand the zooplankton community composition and water quality status in Qionghai Lake, 16 sampling sites and 5 sampling sites were set up in shallow water area(water depth less than 3 m) and deep water area(water depth more than 3 m) in Qionghai Lake from April 22 nd to 29 th, 2018. The water quality was studied by zooplankton diversity index and modified nutritional status index methods. The results showed that 152 species of zooplankton were recorded in shallow water area in Qionghai Lake, and the density of zooplankton was 518-24 808 ind./L. The 33 species of zooplankton were recorded in deep water area, and the density of zooplankton was 80-203 ind./L. The specie number and density of zooplankton in shallow water area were higher than those in deep water area, but rotifers and protozoan zooplankton were both the main species. In deep water area, the average value of Shannon-Wiener diversity index of zooplankton community was 2.59, showed that water pollution degree was β-moderate pollution. And the average revised nutritional status index was 44, showed that water trophic status was moderate nutrition. In shallow water area, the average value of Shannon-Wiener diversity index of zooplankton community was 2.25, showed that water pollution degree was β-moderately pollution. But the total phosphorus and chlorophyll-a contents in some sampling sites were relatively high.
