摘  要:刀间距是全断面岩石掘进机 (TBM) 的主要参数,也是研究的热点和难题。通过对 TBM 盘形滚刀实际破岩作业过程分析,以及确定刀间距的盘形滚刀压痕试验、线性切槽试验和圆形滚压破碎岩石试验的分析,将确定 TBM 刀间距的试验研究,理论概况为刀间距的一维确定方法、二维确定方法和三维确定方法,并对其各自发展的历程和特点、试验成果等进行了综述,发现目前较普遍应用的是刀间距二维确定方法,而符合实际情况的刀间距三维确定方法尚处于探索研究阶段。此外,对学者研究的 Hwangdeung 花岗岩,采用 Drucker-Prage 岩石本构模型,在贯入度为 4 mm 和设定刀间距条件下进行软件模拟,盘形滚刀二维破碎岩石的平均切向力和比能都较其三维破碎岩石的平均切向力和比能要小,平均分别减小 17.73% 和 29.47%,从而揭示了盘形滚刀二维破岩和三维破岩机理的差异。所作总结和分析方法在该领域尚属首次,希望为研究 TBM 刀间距和关心 TBM 发展的学者提供有益参考。The cutter spacing is the main parameter of the full face rock tunnel boring machine (TBM),and is also a focus and difficulty in TBM research area.Based on the analysis of the actual rock-breaking process with the disc cutter of TBM,the disc cutter indentation test to determine the cutter spacing,linear slot-cutting test and circular rolling and breaking rock test,the test research on determining the cutter spacing of TBM was theoretically summarized as one-dimensional,two-dimensional and three-dimensional method,and then the development process,characteristics and test results of each method were summarized.It was found that the most widely used method was the two-dimensional cutter spacing determination method at present,and the three-dimensional cutter spacing determination method which was in line with actual situation was still in the stage of exploration and research.In addition,the paper also applied Drucker-Prage rock constitutive model to simulate Hwangdeung granite studied by researchers under the condition of 4 mm penetration and the set cutter spacing,it was found that the average tangential force and the specific energy consumption obtained by two-dimensional method were lower than those by three-dimensional method,the average reduction percentage was 17.73% and 29.47% respectively,which revealed the difference between the two-dimensional rock breaking mechanism and the three-dimensional rock breaking mechanism.The conclusion and the analysis method were the first in the field,which was expected to offer useful reference for the scholars who studied the cutter spacing of the TBM and concerned about the development of the TBM.
