摘 要:多绳摩擦式提升系统以其适应深井、提升能力大的特点,应用越来越广泛。在超过千米的深井提升中,所用钢丝绳绳径也越来越大,钢丝绳结构也由传统的三角股向 8 股、多股抗旋转钢丝绳发展。人工换绳工艺虽然技术成熟,但人员需长期在井筒中作业,且换绳时间长,劳动强度大,缺乏安全性、时效性。探索一种新式的换绳车换绳工艺,以换绳车为核心,优化换绳工艺,缩短换绳时间,提高换绳效率。The multi-rope friction hoisting system is more and more widely used due to the characteristic of deep-shaft adaptability and large hoisting capacity.In the deep shaft whose depth is over one kilometer,the applied steel rope is larger and larger in diameter,and its structure is developing from traditional triangular strand to 8-strand and multi-strand anti-rotation type.Although the manual rope-replacing technology is mature,the workers need to work in shaft for a long time with high labor intensity,which lacks of safety and timeliness.Therefore,a new-type rope-replacing car for rope replacement was developed.With the rope-replacing car being as the core,the rope-replacing technology was optimized,thus the rope-replacing duration shortened and the rope-replacing efficiency enhanced.
