摘　　要：洗砂细砂回收一体机是一种将轮斗洗砂机、细砂脱水筛与专用细砂回收旋流器进行有机结合的一体化设备。该设备主要采用粗砂擦洗、细砂回收和混砂脱水等工艺,在机制砂洗砂、矿山尾砂回收以及建筑垃圾回收等领域中进行泥砂分离作业。与传统的洗砂细砂回收设备相比,新型洗砂细砂回收一体机不仅可以有效地提升洗砂洁净度和细砂回收率,同时降低了成品砂含泥量,减轻了污泥压滤设备的耗损以及因细砂流失造成的污泥罐细砂沉积和管道堵塞等生产问题。现场取样测试分析表明该设备细砂回收率高达 98% 以上,成品砂细度模数更加合理。The sand washing and fine sand recovering integration machine is a kind of integration equipment that organically combined wheel-bucket sand washer,fine sand dewatering screen and special fine sand recovering cyclone.It operates the separation of mud and sand via the process of coarse sand scrubbing,fine sand recovering and mixed sand dewatering in the field of sand washing during manufactured-sand production,mine tailings sand recovery and construction waste recovery.Compared with traditional sand washing and fine sand recovering machine,the new-type sand washing and fine sand recovering integration machine not only effectively enhanced the cleanness of sand washing and the sand recovering ratio,reduced the mud content in sand product,but decreased the consumption of the mud filtration equipment as well as the fine sand deposition in mud tank and the pipeline blockage due to fine sand loss.Field sampling test and analysis results showed the fine sand recovering ratio of the integration machine reached over 98%,and the fineness modulus of the sand product was more reasonable.
