摘　　要：RFC流化床石膏焙烧技术是澳大利亚RBS速成建筑系统有限公司研发的一种新型焙烧高强度β型熟石膏技术。该技术对原材料种类适应性广、可焙烧的原料颗粒范围较宽、生产控制完全自动化、热源广泛、具有自洁功能、环保性能好、构造简单、制造容易、维修维护方便、生产能耗低、生产系统可建于露天、占地少、投资省。RFC fluidized bed gypsum calcining technology is a new type of calcining technology for producing high-strengthβ-type plaster of Paris developed by RBS Rapid Building Systems Pty.Ltd.,in Australia.The technology has wide adaptability to the types of raw materials,a wide range of raw material particles that can be calcined,fully automated production control,wide heat sources,self-cleaning functions,environmental-friendly,simple structure,easy manufacturing,convenient maintenance,and low production energy consumption.The production system can be built in the open air,with less occupied area and low investment.
