摘 要:以十二烷基硫酸钠作为发泡剂制备多孔水泥砂浆,研究了发泡剂用量对多孔水泥砂浆性能的影响,以及负载TiO2后其对亚甲基蓝溶液光催化降解性能的影响。结果表明,当发泡剂与水泥质量比小于0.15∶30时,随着发泡剂用量的增加,浆体凝结时间延长,水泥砂浆的体积密度和力学强度降低,吸水率和孔隙率增大。当发泡剂与水泥的质量比为0.15∶30时,养护3 d后负载TiO2对亚甲基蓝的降解效果最好,在碱性溶液比在酸性溶液中降解更好,对亚甲基蓝的循环降解寿命较好。制备的多孔水泥砂浆是光催化剂的良好载体。Porous cement mortars were prepared with sodium dodecyl sulfate as foaming agent.Effect of the foaming agent dosage on the properties of the porous cement mortars and the effect of cement mortars loaded with TiO2 on the photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue solution were studied.Results show that when the foaming agent and cement ratio is less than 0.15∶30 in weight,with the increase of the foaming agent dosage,the slurry setting time prolonged,the bulk density and mechanical strength reduced,and the water absorption and porosity increased.When the foaming agent and cement ratio is 0.15∶30 in weight,and after curing for three days to load TiO2,the degradation of porous cement mortars over methylene blue is best.The degradation in alkaline solution is better than that in acidic solution.The cyclic degradation over methylene blue is better.The prepared porous cement mortar is a good substrate to load photocatalysts.
