摘 要:采用电化学测试、SEM表面分析方法,在3.5%NaCl模拟混凝土孔隙溶液及砂浆干湿循环中,研究了复合氨基醇阻锈剂(AMA)对混凝土中钢筋的耐蚀行为,同时与传统亚硝酸钙阻锈剂(CN)进行对比,分析了2类阻锈剂的作用机理及对混凝土耐久性的影响。结果表明:钢筋的耐腐蚀性随着AMA和CN掺量的增加逐渐增强,AMA和CN掺量为4%时,3.5%NaCl模拟孔隙液中侵蚀96 h后的阻锈效率仍达95.8%和93.2%;AMA以抑制阴极腐蚀为主,CN以抑制阳极腐蚀为主,2种阻锈剂均能显著延长钢筋的起始锈蚀时间,AMA在钝化膜破钝后的抑制效果更优。Application of electrochemical testing and surface analysis methods,the influence of composite amino alcohol(AMA)on corrosion behavior of reinforcement steel was investigated in 3.5%NaCl simulated concrete pore solution and dry-wet cycle in mortar.The inhibition mechanism of amino alcohol and its effect on concrete durability was analyzed by comparison with traditional calcium nitrate inhibitor(CN).The results show that the corrosion resistance of reinforced steel increases with the increase of AMA and CN dosage,after being in 3.5%NaCl simulated concrete pore solution for 96 hours,the inhibition efficiency still can reach 95.8%and 93.2%,respectively when the dosage of AMA and CN was 4%.AMA mainly inhibits cathodic corrosion,CN mainly inhibits anode corrosion.The two types of corrosion inhibitor both can delay the initial corrosion of steel,when the oxide film broken,the inhibition effect of AMA is more remarkable.
