摘 要:为研究迫击炮座钣轻量化问题,提出了一种碳纤维复合材料座钣设计方案。采用碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料作为座钣主体,以大变形分散吸收后坐能量;采用钛合金驻臼和边角承受后坐力,防止局部冲击损坏。基于三维Hashin准则开发了VUMAT材料子程序,模拟复合材料的失效行为。建立了复合材料座钣与土壤耦合的全炮非线性动态有限元模型,通过仿真计算获得了座钣最大应力和最大位移,分析了不同土壤类型对炮口扰动的影响。通过最优拉丁超立方试验设计,建立了座钣5层BP神经网络代理模型和多目标优化模型;利用BP神经网络与带精英策略的非支配排序遗传算法对座钣进行了多目标优化设计。优化后炮口扰动显著降低,座钣质量比初始设计减少了11.38%。To study the lightweight of a base plate,a design scheme of composite base plate was proposed.The main body was made of carbon fiber-reinforced resin matrix composite material to absorb recoiling energy through large deformation,while the mortar and corners were made of titanium alloy to endure recoilling force and prevent local impact damage.Based on 3D Hashin criterion,the VUMAT material subroutine was developed to simulate failure behavior of composite material.A nonlinear dynamic finite element model of the mortar-soil was established.The maximum stress and displacement of the base plate were obtained,and the effects of different soil types on muzzle disturbance were analyzed.A 5-layer BP neural network approximate model and a multi-objective optimization model of the base plate were set up through experimental design of optimized Latin hypercube.The BP neural network and the NSGA-II algorithm were used to carry out multi-objective optimal design of the base plate.The results show that muzzle disturbances are significantly decreased after optimization,and the mass of the composite base plate is reduced by 11.38%.
