摘　　要：文中介绍了焊接现代制造企业使用焊接分包服务的重要意义和所面临的问题。同时介绍了基于ISO 3834(金属熔化焊的质量要求)系列标准原则(即焊接产品的质量稳定是建立在焊接过程的控制基础之上的)的焊接分包商质量管理办法。从如何选择焊接分包商开始,到如何指导、管理和控制焊接分包商,都要围绕着ISO 3834系列标准提出的22个质量要素。这些要素不仅仅是传统焊接管理意义上焊接工艺评定、焊接工艺规程和焊工资格考试,还包括材料的管理、设备仪器的管理、不符合项的管理和质量文件的管理等。只有对以上要素全都进行了控制,才能保证焊接分包商的焊接产品质量的稳定、进而也满足自身的质量要求,最终做到保证焊接产品质量基础上的成本的最优化。This paper introduces the significance and problems of using welding subcontract service in modern welding manufacturing enterprises.At the same time,the quality management method of welding sub-contractors based on ISO 3834(quality requirements for metal fusion welding)series standard principles(that is,the quality stability of welding products is based on the control of welding process)is introduced.Starting from how to select welding subcontractors,to how to guide,manage and control welding subcontractors,are around the ISO 3834 series of standards proposed by the 22 quality elements.These elements are not only the traditional welding management in the sense of welding process assessment,welding procedure and welder qualification examination,but also include the management of materials,equipment and instruments,the management of non-conformance items and the management of quality documents.Only by controlling all the above factors,can the welding subcontractor’s welding product quality be stable,and then meet their own quality requirements,and finally achieve the optimization of the cost on the basis of ensuring the welding product quality.
