摘  要:负极活性物质微观形貌对锂电池性能的发挥具有很大影响。以四种不同形貌的电池级人造石墨为电池负极活性物质,制备磷酸铁锂电池,研究石墨形貌对电池性能的影响,以比亚迪新能源汽车(SUV)为测试车型进行行驶里程测试。结果表明,二次造粒人造石墨作为磷酸铁锂电池负极活性物质,由于其具有粒径分布良好、取向性佳、一次颗粒较小等特点,能够提供优良的锂离子传输通道,制备的电池其倍率性能和大倍率循环寿命具有明显优势。装车行驶里程测试中二次造粒人造石墨作为负极活性物质制备的电池经过600次循环后,汽车还能行驶40 km,具有更好的高次循环及大倍率性能。该研究为新能源汽车动力锂电池的制备提供了实验参考。The micro-morphology of the negative active material has a great influence on the performance of lithium battery.Lithium iron phosphate batteries were prepared with four different morphologies of battery-grade artificial graphite as anode active material.The effect of graphite morphology on battery performance was studied.The driving mileage of BYD new energy vehicle(SUV)was tested.The results show that secondary granulated artificial graphite,as the active material of lithium iron phosphate battery anode,can provide excellent lithium ion transport channel because of its good particle size distribution,good orientation and small primary particle size.The prepared battery has obvious advantages in its rate performance and large cycle life.After 600 cycles,the car with the battery made of secondary granulated artificial graphite as negative active material,can travel 40 kilometers,which prove that the battery has better high cycle and high rate performance.This study provides an experimental reference for the preparation of new energy automotive power lithium batteries.
