摘　　要：通过优化合金成分设计和轧制、热处理工艺,成功开发出60 mm大厚度9Ni钢板。针对研制钢板组织以及冲击、拉伸、裂纹尖端张开位移(CTOD)等性能进行检测分析和评估,结果表明:钢板具有优异的综合性能。对焊接接头进行解剖分析,显示材料具有良好的可焊性,焊接接头的止裂性能优异。The 9 Ni heavy steel plate of 60 mm thickness is successfully developed by optimizing alloy composition design,rolling and heat treatment processes.Microstructure and mechanical properties of the steel plate including impact properties,tensile properties and CTOD are analyzed and evaluated by testing.The results show that the steel plate possesses excellent comprehensive mechanical properties.The dissection and analysis on the weld joint verify that the steel is of good weldability and the weld joint has excellent crack arresting performance.
