摘　　要：在典型离线热处理工艺流程和平面布置设计的基础上,针对上、下料装置、抛丸机、热处理炉、淬火机、热处理冷床及矫直机,详细分析和比较了离线连续热处理线核心技术装备应用特点和适用工况,重点分析了薄板抛丸和淬火面临的板型控制问题,并提出板型控制的具体措施,同时,简要介绍了离线连续热处理线在国内的应用情况。On the basis of process flow and plane view layout design of typical off-line heat treatment,the application features and operating conditions of core technical installations for off-line continuous heat treatment including charging and discharging devices,shot blasting machine,heat treatment furnace,quenching machine,cooling bed and leveler are analysed and compared in detail,of which the analysis on plate profile control during light gauge plate shot blasting and quenching is emphasized,specific measures are proposed for plate profile control,and the application of off-line continuous heat treatment line at home is briefly described as well.
