摘　　要：宽厚板冷矫直机矫直的板材通常具有屈服强度高、尺寸规格范围大和矫直精度要求高的特点。因受到机械强度的影响,固定参数辊系所能承受的矫直力有限,导致矫直机在对高强度厚板进行矫直时的矫直能力大幅下降。为提高冷矫直机对高强度厚板的矫直能力,采用减少辊数、增大辊距的方法降低所需矫直力与矫直力矩,再结合相应的矫直方案,达到充分利用辊系有限矫直能力扩大矫直范围的目的。The steel plate to be leveled by wide and heavy cold leveler possesses the features of high yield strength,wide size range and high leveling accuracy requirements.Due to the effects of mechanical strength,the leveling force which can be endured by the roll set with fixed parameters is restrained,thus the leveling capability of the leveler is greatly reduced when leveling high strength heavy plate.In order to improve the leveling capability of the cold leveler on high strength heavy plate,the methods of reducing roll number and increasing roll spacing are used to reduce the required leveling force and torque.In combination with the corresponding leveling schedule,the target of extending leveling range is to be fulfilled by fully utilizing the limited leveling capability of roll set.
