摘　　要：通过分析中国石油勘探与生产工程监督服务市场发展现状,指出工程监督服务市场管理面临的主要挑战:监督服务市场准入门槛偏低、监督服务市场管理不规范、监督服务机构综合服务能力偏弱等。在此基础上,提出了完善监督服务市场管理制度、加强制度执行力度,强化监督服务市场管理、提升监督服务质量,加快监督服务市场管理信息化建设、提升监督服务市场管理效率和水平等管理对策,逐步推动建立科学、规范、高效的勘探与生产工程监督服务市场管理体系。Based on the analysis of the development status of China petroleum exploration and production engineering supervision service market,it is pointed out that the main challenges faced in the management of engineering supervision service market are low entry threshold of supervision service market,nonstandard supervision service market management,weak comprehensive service ability of supervision service institutions,etc.On this basis,some management countermeasures are put forward,such as improving the supervision service market management system,strengthening the implementation of the system,strengthening the supervision service market management,improving the supervision service quality,accelerating the construction of supervision service market management informatization,and improving the management efficiency and level of supervision service market,so as to gradually promote the establishment of a scientific,standardized and efficient supervision service market for exploration and production engineering management system.
