摘　　要：以XX探井施工过程为例,通过对施工期间出现的复杂情况、险兆事件进行原因剖析,从安全监督出发,探讨根据工艺技术流程实施现场监督时,如何有效预防事故复杂的发生,达到从源头做起,体现预防为主的思想,使安全监督在探井施工期间能够提前全面地识别风险,更有预见性和针对性地开展安全监督工作。Taking XX exploration well construction process as an example,through analyzing the causes of complex situations and dangerous signs during construction,it is discussed how to effectively prevent the occurrence of complex accidents when implementing onsite supervision according to the technological process,so as to start from the source and embody the idea of prevention first,so that the risks during the construction of exploration wells can be identified in advance by safety supervision,and make safety supervision work more predictable and targeted.
