摘 要:碳纳米管(carbon nanotube,CNT)纤维因其优异的力学性能和界面效应被认为是下一代高性能碳基纤维材料。研究碳纳米管纤维的表面形态与力学性能间的构效关系,以及纤维与树脂界面性能的影响机制。通过结构设计分析了具有取向结构和有捻结构的CNT纤维的力学性能;采用打结方式设计具有纽结的纤维形态,分析了纽结对纤维力学性能的影响规律;通过微滴包埋法探讨了纽结对纤维与环氧树脂界面结合性能的增强机制。结果表明:取向结构的碳纳米管纤维力学性能优于有捻结构,打结后纤维的拉伸强度有一定程度下降;界面结合性能方面,由于打结本身增加了CNT纤维与树脂的接触面积和表面粗糙度,使纤维与树脂的界面剪切强度从15 MPa增强至约35 MPa。Due to the excellent mechanical properties and interface effect of carbon nanotube(CNT)fiber,it is considered to be the high strength fiber in the next generation.The structure-activity relationship between the surface morphology and mechanical properties of carbon nanotube fibers and the boundary between fiber and epoxy resin were studied.The mechanical properties of CNT fibers with oriented structure and twist structure were analyzed by structural design.Knot method is used to design the knotted fiber,and the influence of kink on the mechanical properties of fibers was analyzed.The strengthening mechanism of kinks on the interfacial bonding between fiber and epoxy resin was discussed by microdrop embedding method.The results show that the mechanical properties of aligned CNT fibers are better than those of twisted CNTs,and the tensile strength of the fiber decreases after knotting.In the aspect of interfacial bonding properties,the interfacial shear strength between fiber and epoxy resin increases from 15 MPa to 35 MPa due to the increase of contact area and surface roughness between CNT fiber and epoxy resin.
