摘 要:为探究新型高性能聚酰胺1012(PA1012)纤维在纺织领域应用的可行性,测试不同加工条件下的聚酰胺1012的摩擦性能,并与聚酰胺6(PA6)纤维进行对比。同时测试上述聚酰胺纤维的拉伸性能,并结合扫描电镜进行分析。结果表明:随着牵伸比从1.3增大到2.7,PA1012纤维的静摩擦系数先减小后增大,纤维的初始模量逐渐增大,最大值为3.72 cN/dtex。采用橡胶辊测试,当牵伸比为2.7时,纤维静摩擦系数达最大值0.44;牵伸比为2.1时,纤维静摩擦系数为最小值0.28;当牵伸比为2.7时,纤维动摩擦系数达最大值0.25;牵伸比为1.7时,纤维动摩擦系数为最小值0.22。采用金属辊测试,当牵伸比为1.3时,纤维静摩擦系数达最大值0.53;牵伸比为2.1时,纤维静摩擦系数为最小值0.22。加弹后纤维的静、动摩擦系数分别升高26.2%及22.7%,初始模量降低24.1%。PA1012纤维的静、动摩擦系数比PA6纤维分别高13.3%及7.1%,初始模量低19.1%。建议在实际生产时将PA 1012纤维的牵伸比控制在1.7~2.1。To investigate the feasibility of the application of new high-performance polyamide 1012(PA1012)filaments in the textile field,the friction properties of PA1012 under different processing conditions were tested and compared with polyamide 6(PA 6)filaments.The tensile properties of the above polyamide fibers were tested and analyzed by SEM.The results show that as the draft ratio increases from 1.3 to 2.7,the static friction coefficient of PA1012 fibers decreases first and then increases,and the initial modulus of the fibers gradually increases,with the maximum value of 3.72 cN/dtex.On rubber roller testing,the static friction coefficient of the PA1012 fiber reaches the maximum value of 0.44 with the spin-draw ratio of 2.7,and the minimum value of 0.28 with the spin-draw ratio of 2.1.The dynamic friction coefficient of the PA1012 fiber reaches the maximum value of 0.25 with the spin-draw ratio of 2.7,and the minimum value of 0.22 with the spin-draw ratio of 1.7.On metal roller testing,the static friction coefficient of the PA1012 fiber reaches the maximum value of 0.53 with the spin-draw ratio of 1.3,and the minimum value of 0.22 with the spin-draw ratio of 2.1.After draw-texturing processing,the static friction coefficient and dynamic friction coefficient increase by 26.2%and 22.7%respectively,but the initial modulus decreases by 24.1%.The static friction coefficient and the dynamic friction coefficient of PA1012 fiber is 13.3%and 7.1%,higher than that of PA6 respectively,but the initial modulus of PA1012 fiber is 19.1%lower than that of PA6.It is suggested that the draft multiple of PA1012 fiber should be controlled within 1.7~2.1 in actual production.
